We have a flexible exchange policy but we encourage you to measure your foot size before ordering and consult our size chart. For wide fit, or for people between sizes, a size up in all shoes is better. Delivery Charges apply to exchanges.

• NOTE: The product you intend to exchange should be unused, any indication otherwise, would prompt us to deny your request.
•  All deliveries are subject to stock availability and payment authorization.
• We will endeavor to deliver orders within 3 to 10 working days subject to the provision of a valid address within Pakistan. However, force majeure events might delay or render impossible any deliveries.
• No dispatches can be made on weekends, gazette holidays, and outside normal business hours.
• In the case of COD (cash on delivery), delivery shall only be made against cash payment in full.
• If no person is present at the delivery address provided by you during normal working hours, goods will be returned to us by the courier. The next delivery after your confirmation will be at your cost.
• A signature will be required upon delivery of goods to you.
